General Rules

• Our apartment is an adults-only retreat welcoming guests aged 14 and above, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• 🐾 No Pets: We love animals, but since we already have 4 resident cats on the premises, external pets are not allowed
• No Parties: Parties or events are not permitted.
• Quiet Hours: To respect the natural serenity, quiet hours are between 15:00 – 17:00.
• Enjoy unrestricted access to the garden throughout your stay.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
• Check-out: 08:00 – 09:00
• Entry/Exit: There is no curfew; you have 24/7 access to the property during your stay.

Damage Policy

Responsibility: Guests are only responsible for the cost of any damages caused during their stay.

No Damage Deposit: We do not require a security deposit upon arrival.
